    外置式電纜包建議用于對柔性和手腕動作復(fù)雜度要求較低的生產(chǎn)場合。
     
    該套件在設(shè)置時需對機(jī)器人程序進(jìn)行較多的調(diào)整,適用于IRB 6620、IRB 6640、IRB 6650S、IRB 7600。
     
    連接點設(shè)在下臂段與上臂段之間,降低向機(jī)器人傾斜時發(fā)生干擾的風(fēng)險。
     
    上臂設(shè)調(diào)節(jié)架(適用于所有臂長),便于收放電纜。
     
    上下臂電纜包便于更換
     
    電纜與軟管通過夾具和支架沿上下臂走線。這些夾具經(jīng)專門設(shè)計,可快速準(zhǔn)確地拆卸/更換整個套件,*大限度縮短停產(chǎn)時間。
     
    修理工作可另行安排在適當(dāng)時候進(jìn)行。一段電纜的更換時間不超過30分鐘。
